    Jundingxin harmless processor mainly uses the principle of "mechanical disposal + biological fermentation + high temperature sterilization" to solve the current problem of difficult disposal of sick and dead livestock and poultry and other animal organic wastes.

    1,Mechanical disposal:Sick and dead livestock and poultry can be slit and crushed by a combination of multiple sets of blades in a rotary hammering action in the disposal tank. All sick and dead livestock and poultry are slit and mixed after being crushed by blades, expanding the surface area and fusion degree of the residual body, better realizing the uniform contact of organic waste and additives, improving the overall disposal effect. Grinding on animal bones makes the disposal more thorough.

    2,Biological fermentation:The fermentation is carried out by using high-temperature Enzyme Code, and with water, oxygen and heat energy, the crushed livestock and poultry bone and flesh are rapidly fermented and decomposed. With our independent research and development and production of harmless disposal of special high-temperature fermentation bacteria "Enzyme Code", it can maintain the activity of the bacteria during the operation of the equipment, and realize the functions of degradation and deodorization. Add wood chips, bran, rice bran and other padding to adsorb blood water and oil and promote the fermentation of the processing material.

    3,High temperature sterilization:The temperature of the tank is set at 120 °C ~ 160 °C, and the material temperature is close to 100 °C after 3 hours, which can effectively kill pathogenic bacteria. High temperature can also promote the multiplication of high-temperature resistant biological bacteria, improve the decomposition speed of organic matter, dry process products, and make it easier to store and reuse.
